- The registration and admission fee is required for joining the Cambridge IGCSE/AS/A Level curriculum at The King’s School.
- Annual fees for utilities and administrative expenses are payable at the beginning of each academic year in April and must be paid online only.
- The fees mentioned above is only for the AY 2025-2026. ØMonthly tuition fee (JUN-MAR) is for the entire academic year and consists of 3 terms.
- The term fee must be paid in advance on or before the 10th of each term (e.g., the 1st term fee should be paid before June 10th).
- Late fees apply if payment is not made by the 10th of each term, with Rs. 100 charged for each week after a 3-day grace period.
- If there are any foreseeable reasons for a delay in paying fees, an email or letter must be submitted on or before the 7th of the month, stating the nearest date for payment.
- These fees exclude additional costs like bus fare, uniforms, books, field trips, special events, clubs and extracurricular activities.
- Students are responsible for the costs associated with software subscriptions, digital books, or other digital resources used during the course of study, if applicable.
- The Cambridge Examination and courier fees are additional charges incurred during exams.
- All pending dues must be cleared before the exams. ØAll fees are non-refundable.
- A concession of 8% would be allowed if total fee of academic year 2025-2026 is paid in one go between 5 Apr 2025 & 30 Apr 2025.

- To approve student leave requests longer than 15 days or to withdraw a student during the academic year, the full term fee must be paid in advance.
