Administration

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB

  • Support and assist the Marketing Communications (Marcomm) Consultant in developing the marketing and brand strategy for the School.
  • Collaborate with the Marcomm Consultant and the design agency in communicating and branding school programs, events, and publications.
  • Skills in creating written content such as social media posts, print ads, brochures, website content, posters and other marketing collaterals in related to the school.
  • Oversee the printing and content production for student and staff ID cards, student diaries, events, news, advertisements etc.
  • Assist the Marcomm Consultant in maintaining the school website and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, YouTube) with new/upcoming events of the school.
  • Coordinate with the Principal, Staff, and the concerned for the production of school diaries, posters, progress reports, certificates, etc.
  • Assist and coordinate all website, printing, desktop publishing (DTP), advertising, and design projects with the Principal and Marcomm Consultant.
  • Maintain the Google Drive for all backup files related to design work.
  • Travel to coordinate with agencies, printers, and other responsible parties as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the school.
  • Report to the Marcomm Consultant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Marketing and Communications: 

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications plan to promote the school’s brand, programs, and events.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including the school’s website, social media, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance the school’s visibility in the community and the media.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • In charge of all intimations sent to parents. (via WhatsApp/ERP software).

Event Planning and Management: 

  • Plan and execute events to attract prospective parents and engage the school community, such as open houses, fairs, and special programs.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and follow-up for admissions and marketing events.
  • Work closely with the school leadership team to support school events and initiatives. 

Community Engagement and Outreach: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational consultants to enhance the school’s outreach efforts.
  • Represent the school at external events, fairs, and conferences to promote the school and recruit students and staffs.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to increase the school’s visibility and enrolment. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, MSOffice)
  • At least 2 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or communications, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
